The Index is separated into two sections with individual amendments listed by their unique amendment tracking number and posting/decision date. The tracking number links to the land use amendment form detailing information about the amendment. Amendments occurring outside of the Atlas coverage area will be indicated in the title.

When an amendment classified as minor or major has been received, it is initially posted in the Proposed Amendments section.
When a decision has been reached, amendments are posted in the Completed Amendments section. Approved administrative amendments are only posted in the Completed Amendments section.
